Our qualified inspectors will inspect each of your fire doors, including the door, frame and associated hardware, to ensure the frame is secure, gaps around the door, door frame and threshold are correct and the type and condition of the hinges, overhead door closer (if fitted), glazing (if installed), intumescent seals, cold smoke seals, locks, latches, handles and signage. Plus, establish if the fire door is Certificated, Nominal or Notional fire door. To ensure the fire door(s) are fit for purpose, and will provide adequate protection against the products of fire. On completion we provide a clear report detailing which doors are compliant and whether any further remediation works is required.
